The 15 Building

The 15 building is located on the south side of South 5th Street between Nicollet Avenue (to the east) and Hennepin Avenue (to the west). South 5th Street has the Metro Transit light rail line which makes it an easy street to find! The entrance to our building is on South 5th Street next to The Lodge Bar and just to the left (east) of the skyway bridge to the Lumber Exchange building. The 15 Building also has two big flagpoles on the side of the building facing South 5th Street.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS

FROM I-94 EAST
Follow 94 to the 4th Street exit. Follow 4th Street crossing Hennepin Ave. The Midtown Parking Ramp is located immediately after crossing Hennepin Avenue on the right hand side. (There is one additional parking ramp and one parking lot on 4th Street on the next block before you get to Marquette Ave)

FROM I-94 WEST
Follow 94 East to the 11th St./Grant exit. Follow 11th St. to Hennepin Ave. Take a right on Hennepin Avenue headed north. Take Hennepin Avenue to 4th Street. Turn right on 4th Street. You can find convenient parking immediately on the right hand side in the Midtown Parking Ramp.
(There is one additional parking ramp and one parking lot on 4th Street on the next block before you get to Marquette Ave)

FROM I-35W SOUTH
Follow 35W south to the Washington Avenue Exit. Turn right on Washington Ave (West) to 1st Avenue. 1st Avenue is approximately 1 block after crossing Hennepin Avenue. Turn left on 1st Avenue proceed to 4th Street. Turn left on 4th Street. You will cross Hennepin Avenue again and you can find convenient parking immediately on the right hand side in the Midtown Parking Ramp.

FROM I-35W NORTH (also from the airport)
Follow 35W North to the 11th Street exit. Take a left at 11th Street. Follow 11th Street to Hennepin Avenue. Take a right on Hennepin Avenue and follow Hennepin to 4th Street. Take a right on 4th Street. You can find convenient parking immediately on the right hand side in the Midtown Parking Ramp.

FROM I 394 EAST
Follow 394 East into Downtown to 4th Street. Follow 4th Street South, cross Hennepin Avenue. You can find convenient parking immediately on the right hand side in the Midtown Parking Ramp.

There is another parking lot on the corner of 5th and Hennepin. This lot is 1 building from the 15 Building. The lot is $3.50 for up to 1 hour. You can enter this lot from the South side of 5th street, or you can enter it from Hennepin Avenue on the right, before crossing 5th Street.
