- While Company A continues to lead its competitors in delivering products when their customers need them, the data does show a negative trend in satisfaction with this attribute. It may be helpful to ascertain differences, if any, in on-time delivery performance from last year.
- A significantly negative drop-off in satisfaction was noted by both distributors and end-users in how Company A, or their distributors in the latter, takes an interest in satisfying their needs as a businessperson. Training of both Company A and distributor representatives in consultative selling techniques may be appropriate.
- Although there was no significant change in the views of distributors towards Company A's product development innovation, there does seem to be some concern whether all such information is getting to the end-user level, as there was a significant decline within this attribute. Once again, it should be stated Company A led all its competitors for this trait in ratings by end-users. Company A may wish to review its new product offerings.
- It may be beneficial to evaluate product packaging, as there appears to be some degradation as the products travel away from the manufacturer and satisfaction with the products protection falls.
- Differences in ratings from last year suggest a significant slippage in how end-users find their Company A distributor easy to do business with. Company A may wish to work with their distributors to their "hassle index".
